His life was spiraling downwards until he was forced to confront himself when he crossed paths with a Canaanite woman called Tamar. What is it about Tamar, Judah's daughter-in-law that helped Judah turn things around and earn himself the leadership of the people of Israel, the blessings of Israel, and ancestry of the messiah? In this episode, I discuss how Tamar gives us an example of how to persevere for what is right against all odds and severe injustice.
