Jesus' public ministry teaches vital lessons in how we too can be effective in organizing and ministering to people. Although his ministry was in a different cultural setting and dispensation, he dealt with many of the challenges we face today in ministry including, dealing with people, organizing an effective team, addressing interpersonal conflicts in his team, managing personal relationships with immediate family and financial support, among others. In this episode I address how Jesus organized his ministry and the various lessons we can learn when we understand how he went about the human-related things in ministry. In this Episode I focus on the foundation of ministry, which is compassion towards the people God brings to us.
